- I-130Petition for Alien Relative. Used by a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or U.S. national to establish a qualifying family relationship.
- I-129FPetition for Alien Fiance(e). Used to petition for a K-1 fiance(e), K-2 children, or certain spouse and child visa classifications.
- I-864Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA. Used by a sponsor who agrees to financially support an intending immigrant.
- DS-260Immigrant Visa Electronic Application. Used for consular processing through the U.S. Department of State.
What to bring
